The house was completely renovated in 2007 and then furnished in a bright, modern country house style. Our house is one of the last to be detached, most of the other rebuilt houses are then converted into two semi-detached houses.

The complete facility has top level. In autumn 2010, in addition to the first minor repairs, some walls were also painted. In the spring of 2015, the garden was completely remodeled.

The house is now a NO SMOKING HOUSE. Since 2009 there is a DSL Internet connection, which of course may be used free of charge. You either have a PC at your disposal or you use our WLAN with your mobile phones, ipads or notebooks.

During the season (from April to the end of October) you have two brand new beach chairs available.

  • All six beds are made. There are summer and winter blankets. In addition, the shape of whole and half pillows are available.
  • There are enough towels and a bathrobe per guest.
  • From a rental period of 14 days, a weekly intermediate cleaning is included.
  • Washer and dryer are at your leisure.
  • Internet connection (DSL) is available to you via our PC or our wireless network also at leisure.
  • The house is usually handed over by us personally. You will also receive a short briefing.
  • The house has 2 parking spaces. With conscious parking, 3 cars fit into the parking bay.
  • The things of daily use (dishwashing detergent, detergent, coffee beans, toilet paper or garbage bags) are present. But it has to be filled up by the tenants.
  • The due tourist tax is deducted automatically by us and is included in the price. The personalized guest cards are available for all guests over 18 years old.

procedure:

  1. Find out about the house and its surroundings on the website.
  2. Check the allocation plan to see if your desired time is still available.
  3. Send us a first email with the exact dates.
  4. After a CONFIRMATION EMAIL we will then reserve the period for about one week without obligation.
  5. Please read the contract in parallel and then fill it out.
  6. Please send it to us within one week by mail or email and then transfer the deposit.
  7. Only after the deposit is the reservation 100% fixed.
